Brillian Engineering Services & Supplies Ltd designs, builds, and services brick and pizza ovens across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Wood-fired, gas-fired, and hybrid — supplied as finished units or built on site where a finished oven cannot be moved into position.

We came to ovens through the materials. Brillian has supplied high-alumina firebrick, refractory castable, ceramic fibre, and rockwool to industrial clients across East Africa for years, which means we can answer for every layer of an oven we build rather than sourcing it blind per job.

That shows up in the work. We specify the insulation properly because we know what it costs you in fuel when it is skimped. We lay hearth brick dry so tiles can be replaced without touching the dome. We size the flue for draw rather than for convenience. And we run the full curing schedule ourselves before handover, because rushing that is the most common way a new oven is damaged.

We would rather talk you into a smaller oven that suits your throughput than sell you a larger one you will spend years heating.
